Terms and Conditions for Ordering
Payment:
US Customers
The following forms of payment are accepted:
Money orders, Certified checks
Credit Cards - Master Card and Visa (US Customers only).
International Customers
The following forms of payment are accepted:
International Money orders payable in US Dollars.
Credit Cards - If you wish to order from us and pay via credit card you must contact us first and provide your credit card information so we can contact your issuing bank to verify the charge. Minimum international credit card order is $200.00
Bank Wire Transfer payable in US Dollars. ($50.00 minimum order).
There is a $7.00 handling fee for all international orders. This is to cover some of the additional expenses we incure while processing your order.
You can use our Secure Automated Shopping Cart to place your order and pay with your credit card or a money order.
You can E-mail us at sales@hessenantique.com to place your order or ask us any questions about our products.
If you would like to mail in your order, please print out your shopping cart receipt and mail it along with a Certified Check or Money Order.
Our website will no longer process credit cards from customers in Canada and overseas. You can still place your order using our automated shopping cart and choosing International Customer Payment or Money Order as your payment method.
Please state your correct sizes or body dimensions when ordering belts, boots, uniforms and headgear to ensure a proper fit. International and domestic customers are welcome to use our Size Conversion Charts to aid in selecting the correct size.
All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
$20.00 Minimum Order.
Return and Exchange Policies:
- All items must meet your approval or your purchase price (less postage) will be refunded. If your not happy with your item you must notify us within three days of receipt. If we sent you the wrong item, or a defective item, then we will reimburse the shipping charges.
- Return the item(s) in original condition as shipped within 10 days. After 10 days, returns will be refused.
- Returns must include a copy of your invoice and a statement of your desire for a prompt refund, credit or replacement.
- Items ordered on a custom basis (caps, hats, uniforms, camouflaged/aged helmets, tunics with insignia sewn on using our insignia sewing service) are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, credit or replacement.
- We cannot accept any returns made to us that arrive COD.
- We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.
- We reserve the right not to accept items for refund.
Other General Sales Policies:
- Dealer and Wholesale customers are welcome.
- Unit and bulk order discounts are also available.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer.
- We reserve the right to change prices at our discretion.
- We will not ship insignia items with swastikas, SS runes or death's heads to France or Germany in accordance with § 86aStGB.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Hessen Antique L.P. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Hessen Antique L.P. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Hessen Antique L.P. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Hessen Antique L.P. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Hessen Antique L.P. without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Hessen Antique L.P. may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Hessen Antique L.P..
Miscellaneous
Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of California, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. Hessen Antique L.P.'s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Hessen Antique L.P. or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited.
