Do you have a shop I can visit?

No, we do not have a shop. Although we occasionally set up at shows, we are primarily web-based “mail order” company.

How come my size it is not on your drop-down menu?

Our website maintains a live up-to-date stock status. If we don’t have it in stock, our system will not let you order it. For items with sizes, our system will only show sizes In-Stock on the drop down menu.


Do you have this item/size in stock?

Do you ship to Canada or overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. About 20% of our customers are located outside the US.

Can you lower dollar amount on customs declaration?

No, this is against the law and we will not do it so please don’t ask us to.

Do you offer a Package Deals?
No, our regular prices are lower then most other dealers package deals, plus there are just too many options with German uniforms so we offer everything "ala-carte"
Do you offer a unit discounts?

Yes, we have a unit discount program available. Unit commanders or their designated representatives can contact us for the details.

Coupons and Special offers/promotions?

From time to time we offer coupons and special offers like free shipping. To get the discount YOU have to apply the coupon, or select the free shipping option. WE WILL NOT DO IT FOR YOU. Please do not ask us to refund you if you missed a sale or ordered before or after the coupons were valid. WE WILL NOT DO IT. 99% of our customers do not have a problem with this but there are always one or two that do.

Can you sew insignia on my tunic?

Yes, we offer sewing services in our “Special Services” section of the website. We only sew insignia on uniforms purchased from us. Turn around time depends on our work load usually one to two weeks.

Where’s the GI Stuff?

We have decided to only sell German militaria on our website. Our remaining stock of GI Gear can be found in the "Closeouts" catagory of this website. We are also selling our Italian, Japanese and British gear in our close-out section.

If you don’t see what your looking for send us an email. Chances are we just may be able to get it for you.

Do you accept PayPal?

No, we don't accept PayPal anymore. We used to but we had too many problems with them. You can pay for your purchase with your credit card, money order or wire transfer.

Where are my rewards points?
You can find your rewards points when you log on to your account and go to the "My Account Tab" and click "My Rewards". You will see your balance and can redeem points from there. Please remember, these points are only valid for one year. After one year they will expire so don't let them expire!
