Shipping:
- We ship around the world.
We are "fraud smart", and pursue fraudulent orders to the full extent of the law. We screen diligently for credit card fraud on all domestic and international orders. We will not ship to friends, shipping services, or any other addresses without first verifying the information. No credit card orders will be processed without a valid telephone number, on record with your credit card provider. This is for your protection.
- WE ONLY SHIP VIA UPS. We no longer ship any packages via the US Mail. Sorry, they are losing too many packages and upsetting too many customers (and us).
- We ship via UPS for all domestic (CONUS) orders (3-5 days). You must provide a valid street address for UPS delivery. We ship via UPS Ground, we also offer Expedited shipping services. Shipping cost is based on the size and weight of your package and your delivery address.
- APO, Alaska and Hawaii. Sorry, we are no longer shipping via US Postal Service. We will ship to a CONUS address for FREE for US military personnel*. We can also ship to your Overseas street address via UPS Expedited Service at discounted rates.
- Canadian orders are shipped via UPS Standard (see below for details).
- International orders are shipped via UPS Expedited Service.
- All packages are insured for your protection.
Expedited shipping services are available for US customers at checkout. We offer:

Expedited shipping charges are based on your order, your shopping cart will give you an exact quote.
- We do our best to ship your order out as soon as we receive it. Please note, some surplus and modern tactical items are not stored in our 6000 square foot warehouse, so sometimes it may take 24-72 hours before
we can get the items for shipping. Thanks for your understanding.
- Heavy, very large items or orders weighing over 10 pounds may incur additional shipping charges. Please contact us for details
- Sewing may delay delivery of your order anywhere from 3-10 days depending on our workload.
- Customs/Import Duties & Taxes: Some countries may have import duties or taxes that are due on your order when you receive it to an overseas address. You are responsible for these fees. If this is a concern, please check with your local customs official before ordering. We are required by law to include a commercial invoice with all international shipments and we cannot reduce the dollar value on your invoice or mark your package as a gift.
- We have negotiated a $10.00 flat
rate brokerage fee with UPS for most exports to Canada. This applies
to all shipments valued under $195.00 (US), and shipped via UPS
Standard. If your order is higher than $195.00 than we recommend you
select UPS Express as your shipping method because there is NO brokerage fee with
UPS Express.
- We do not accept orders from or ship to the following countries: Mexico, Romania,
South Africa, Indonesia, Countries of the Former Yugoslavia, Countries of the
Russian Federation, Ukraine, Belarus, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Slovak
Republic, Czech Republic, Poland, Greece or Turkey.
* We will ship free to a CONUS address for US Military stationed or deployed overseas. Order must be at least $50.00. We will ship free to all US Service members stationed in the CONUS when you place an order of at least $100.00.
