Original WWII German military wooden ordnance crate to transport artillery bagged charges. Closes with removable "air tight" lid. Has wooden cleat around top edge for handeling. Dimensions (centimeters): 57 x 46 x 39.  {in inches: 22 1/2 x 18 x 15 1/2}.  Stenciling is visible and present. Marked "WaA1943". Exterior retains paper tag "GLAS Nicht sturzen" and manufactures label. Inside lid still retains the rubber gasket seal and a remnants of shipping/packing label .
