Often refered to as "Mid War" Sholderboards, this style of "Schulterklappen" were commonly worn with the M40 and later model tunics throughout the war on other tunic models.   Available in Feldwebel ranks.  These Non-Commissioned Officer boards come with Silver Aluminum Tresse (braid) and Infantry (white) piping and one pip.  20mm Aluminum Pips are new German made reproductions as well.   These are made in Germany.
