Quality of trousers was excellent. However, I ordered a 32 but received a 38-40. I called Customer Service and spoke to Rhonda who assured me she would call me back with instuctions on returning and exchanging the Size 38-40 for the Size 32's shown on my invoice. It has been more than 24 hours and I have not heard back by telephone or e-mail. As this was intended as a Christmas present,I 'm fairly disappointed by the lack of action on Hessen's part.
