The liner I received is missing the snap-in nape strap. (The liner illustrated on your website includes the strap, and mine does not.) I contacted your office to see if a replacement strap might be sent. I received a very brief email in response, with many spelling errors, that stated I should send back the entire helmet liner. Naturally, I am not going to spend $12 to mail you a $6 helmet liner.
I will not do business with your outfit again unless I receive the component missing from helmet liner.
