Warm! Now outdoor airsoft matches wont leave me freezing my gonads after two rounds! And I look stylish too.

Order #24514, M36 Greatcoat |

Always had GREAT experiences with Hessen. My items have been sent after ordering with tracking numbers. However, when I placed order #24514 I was greeted with a sales rep which, by the tone of his voice, wanted to be somewhere else. I know it was 4:00 on a Friday. He had a unfriendly tone, couldn't spell my name and was not well receptive to sending to another address. I waited nearly a week before I received any shipping confirmation or tracking. Plus, I was explaining a return (item #24294) which I written I wanted store credit but was trying to reverse that to REFUND MY CREDIT CARD instead. The next week when I called for a shipping status I once again requested to credit my credit card which I was assured would be no problem. In the end I was given store credit even after my verbal request. I'm pleased with the product and will order in the future, just wanted you to know my one poor experience.

Both the cut, and color were perfect. Only the fact it was brand new gave away that it did not actually come from WWII issue.

I just received my M36 overcoat made by Sturm-Miltec made with 12 orig WW2 buttons that are 100% fake or as they say reproduction junk.I do not like being lied too.I mean why can't you just say they are post war junk. The rest of the coat is ok but will not hold up as the fake buttons are getting loose with each time I put it on(I have had it on 3 times).I am very disappoined,I expected more from Hessen.Live and lean.
