The Panzer Combat Badge (Panzerkampfabzeichen) was institued in 1944 in recognition recognize armored combat participation by members of the Luftwaffe.   Criteria for the award specified that the Soldier take part in at least three separate armored actions in combat.    This is an excellent quality die struck reproduction.
