Parts missing |

Product was not as advertised, parts were missing, Nape strap, chin strap and sweat band, useless without sweat band, and instead of simply shipping me the missing parts, they requested I send the item back, promised to reimburse return shipping. Will see what happens.

Overall good liner, some of the fabric was quite loose. But cant find this stuff here in Utah, so not too bad.
