Description   The Iron Cross 1st Class (Eisener Kreuz 1. Klasse) was reinstituted in 1939.  The criteria for award was similar to the E.K.2. except that three to five additional acts of bravery were required.  Approximately 300,000 E.K.1.s were awareded.  These are very nice reproductions featuring sharp details and very nice frosted or antique silver plating.
