German Steel Helmets 1935-1945

 

Our refurbished German helmets start off with original wartime German military helmet shells. We have all three models: early war M35 helmet, midwar M40 helmet and late war M42 helmet. We also have post war M40 helmets available.

 

 

Our original helmet shells are painted with custom mixed industrial enamel, not model or hobby paint. Helmets are then fitted with a new reproduction liner, chinstrap and split pins. Heer, Luftwaffe, Kriegsmarine or Waffen SS decals are available at an extra charge. Helmets can be slightly aged to give them the veteran look (that means they look like they would have during the war, not 60 years later.) Liners and chinstraps can also be aged on request also at no extra charge. Although we have the helmet shells and materials in stock, we do not maintain a large stock of refinished helmets, so most of the time your helmet is refinished to order.  Please contact us for availability and expected waiting times for your helmet orders.
